    Happy & in good health. Building under contract, Luxury Homes in Texas, in the One million to five million dollar range. Recently married to Joan Brandreth, RN from NYC, now residing here. My daughters Emily (40) of Las Vegas, NV & Ellen (37) of Scottsdale, AZ, both still single & doing well. Come visit our San Antonio Spurs & our famous Riverwalk!

    Have written several books in the last few years. Most recent book is Challenger's Shadow, the story of the behind the scenes accident investigation that totally ignored who was responsible for sending seven people to their death in 1986. New book to come out is Carolyn's Law, a psycho thriller. Next up is a book being written now, as yet unnamed. Will be out this summer.

    Craig passed away in 1997.

John (Jack) FELTER - deceased
    John "Jack" Shirling Felter, 71, a member of Countryside Christian Church and The Gideons, passed away Friday, February 29, 2008 at his home. Jack was born April 10, 1936 in Jamaica Long Island, New York to John and Ethel Schroeder Felter. In 1954, he graduated from Ladue Horton Watkins High School in St. Louis and then earned a BS in business administration from Washington University, St. Louis. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He was married to Dee Ann Dickens on June 13, 1959 at Webster Groves Christian Church, St. Louis Mo. He was employed by the 3M Company for 15 years. In 1972 he moved to Pittsburg to join his father in the asphalt emulsion business as owner operator of Emulsion Tectonics Inc., with plants in Pittsburg and Eldon, Mo. He retired in 1991. He is survived by his wife, Dee Ann and daughters Allison Felter of St. Louis, Mo; Jennifer Felter of Parsons, Kansas and Amy Stricker and husband Arnold of St. Louis, Mo. Son and daughter - in - law John Christian and Judy Felter of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Five grandchildren. A brother and sister - in- law Richard and Marilyn Felter of St. Louis, Mo; and sister and brother - in - law Linda and Bill Peterson, of Mobely, Mo. Spence, Mary J. Lockard and Susan Lynn Ashland; dear grandfather of nine; dear brother of the late Leo W. Varner, Sr.; and uncle. [published in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on Apr 17, 2000]
