Rae passed away after complications arose while battling Crones Disease. She was a single mom with a little boy named Noah. Rae had an amazing spirit and her light shines on.TAMARA RAE WELTY - Rae Welty, 36, Prairie Village, KS, passed away Monday, December 6, 1999, at St. Joseph Health Center. Rae was born December 17, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, IA. She was a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing. She was a member of Colonial Presbyterian Church, Tri Delta Sorority and a member of the Council for Exceptional Children. She received her bachelor's degree in special education at Tulsa University and her master's degree in applied behavioral sciences at Oklahoma State University. Rae is survived by her parents, Bonnie and Larry Pagenkopf, Warsaw, MO, and Ray and Judy Pisarik, Ely, IA; son, Noah Jamison; brothers, Craig and Kirk Pagenkopf; sister, Cheryl Vlach; two half sisters, Cindy Klawiter and Toni Pisarik; grandmother, Helen Pisarik; three nieces and three nephews.
